Member’s Mark Community is a group that’s open to all Sam’s Club members. Participants who join are able to give direct feedback on Member’s Mark product development by sampling and testing items and providing their honest thoughts and opinions to help aid the Sam’s Club team in putting out the highest quality they can.

“At Sam’s Club, we have a long history of listening to feedback from our members and putting their needs at the center of everything we do. It’s an integral part of how we develop our Member’s Mark products, and in today’s ‘experience economy,’ our approach sets us apart from other retailers in ways that deliver real value to our members,” said Megan Crozier, who is the former Chief Merchant of Sam’s Club, back in 2024.
Today, she’s the Executive Vice President of General Merchandise at Walmart, U.S. “The Member’s Mark Community goes beyond traditional focus groups and surveys, with true engagement that will shape the future of retail by creating more personalized experiences for our members.”
The Member’s Mark Community has helped to shape and develop everything from the Member’s Mark Better Nut Bar to the Member’s Mark 5 Burner Gas Grill.
