This Deep, Dark Blackhead Being Extracted Is Too Satisfying

If you’ve ever found yourself captivated by a blackhead extraction video, please know that you’re certainly not alone. A new blackhead extraction video making the rounds on the internet has now been viewed a whopping 1.5 million times. And when you see the super-satisfying end of the footage, you’ll definitely know why.

Sandra Lee, the California-based dermatologist also known as “Dr. Pimple Popper,” probably knew her devoted zit-zapping followers would go crazy over her latest blackhead extraction. After all, any Dr. Pimple Popper fan knows she usually uses her signature comedone extractor tool with a small metal loop to remove blackheads. But this particular blackhead was so deep in the person’s skin and so jammed down there (hmm, maybe that’s why she chose to set the video to the reggae song, “Jammin’?”) that her usual tool was not doing the trick.

So the clever Lee whipped out a pair of slanted tweezers instead, to pull (yes, pull) until the rest of the blackhead came out. It took so much tugging on her part that we were practically on the edge of our seats in anticipation: Was this the one pimple that Dr. Pimple Popper couldn’t pop?

As it turns out, she ultimately emerged triumphantly from the blackhead extraction, just like the pro she is. And that makes the grand finale nothing short of mesmerizing.
