- 4 medium-sized ripe bananas
- 4 Popsicle sticks
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 Tbs. coconut oil
- Assorted toppings such as coconut shavings, sprinkles and chopped nuts
Instructions
PrintLine baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice 1" from bottom of each banana; insert Popsicle sticks into bottom of each. In microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil in 15-sec. intervals until melted and smooth, about 2 min. total.
One by one, dip bananas ¾ of the way into melted chocolate; transfer to baking sheet. Sprinkle with assorted toppings; freeze until ready to eat.
