Sky-High Malted Chocolate Mousse Cake

With a crunchy cookie crust and velvety filling, this dessert will have everyone begging for seconds.

  • 1 (14.3 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
  • 6 Tbs. butter, melted
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup malted milk powder
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. dark chocolate chips


  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Coat bottom of 9″ springform pan with cooking spray. In food processor, pulse cookies until finely ground. With processor running, pour in butter until combined. Press mixture into bottom of pan. Bake 10 min. or until set. Cool completely.
  2. In pot over medium heat, bring 1 cup cream and malt powder to a simmer. Place chocolate chips in bowl; pour in warm cream. Whisk until smooth; cool 1 hr. or until thickened.
  3. With mixer on medium speed, beat remaining heavy cream until stiff peaks form; in thirds, gently fold into chocolate mixture. Spread over crust. Refrigerate 4 hrs. Run knife around side of pan; remove side before serving. Garnish as desired.
