Triple-Chocolate Mini-Mousse Cakes

Thanks to a brownie mix and two chocolate-mousse mixes, these decadent treats are 3-ingredient easy.

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. fudge brownie mix, such as Betty Crocker
  • 1 (3.1 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate mousse mix, such as Dr. Oetker
  • 1 (3.1 oz.) pkg. dark chocolate mousse mix, such as Dr. Oetker

Instructions

  1. as package directs; pour into pan. Bake 20 min. or until done. Let cool.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare both mousse mixes according to package directions. Transfer each to separate pastry bags fitted with ½” round tip.
  3. With 3″ biscuit cutter, cut 6 rounds from brownie; place in 6 oiled 3″ cake rings. Pipe dark chocolate mousse, then milk chocolate mousse, into rings. Freeze 20 min. or chill at least 1 hr. Unmold onto plates. Garnish as desired. Serve immediately.
