White Chocolate-Strawberry Cloud Cake

Fluffy angel food, tangy cream cheese frosting and sweet berry jam combine for a treat that’s sure to spread smiles.

  • 1 (16 oz.) box angel food cake mix
  • 12 oz. block white chocolate
  • 3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, at room temp.
  • ½ cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1½ cups seedless strawberry jam


  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Prepare cake mix as package directs. Line two 8″ round cake pans with parchment paper. Divide batter evenly among pans. Bake 30 min. or until done.
  2. In heatproof bowl, microwave 8 oz. white chocolate 1 min. or until melted. Let cool 2 min. Using electric mixer on medium speed, beat cream cheese, sugar and melted chocolate until light and fluffy.
  3. Spread first cake layer with 1½ cups frosting. Spread strawberry jam over frosting; top with second cake layer. Frost top and sides of cake with remaining frosting. With wide vegetable peeler, create curls out of remaining white chocolate; arrange on cake top.
