White Chocolate-Strawberry Cloud Cake
Fluffy angel food, tangy cream cheese frosting and sweet berry jam combine for a treat that’s sure to spread smiles.

Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) box angel food cake mix
- 12 oz. block white chocolate
- 3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, at room temp.
- ½ cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1½ cups seedless strawberry jam
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°F. Prepare cake mix as package directs. Line two 8″ round cake pans with parchment paper. Divide batter evenly among pans. Bake 30 min. or until done.
- In heatproof bowl, microwave 8 oz. white chocolate 1 min. or until melted. Let cool 2 min. Using electric mixer on medium speed, beat cream cheese, sugar and melted chocolate until light and fluffy.
- Spread first cake layer with 1½ cups frosting. Spread strawberry jam over frosting; top with second cake layer. Frost top and sides of cake with remaining frosting. With wide vegetable peeler, create curls out of remaining white chocolate; arrange on cake top.
