- 1 package McCormick® Grill Mates® Zesty Herb Marinade
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 lb. salmon fillets
Mix Marinade, white wine, and olive oil in small bowl. Place salmon in large resealable plastic food storage bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.
Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor.
Prepare grill over medium-high direct-heat cooking. Remove salmon from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Grill salmon, turning once, 6 to 7 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
