Dive Into Creamy Bliss With Our 15-Minute Shrimp Scampi Linguine Recipe

Serve this pasta toss with crusty bread to mop up the garlicky broth

Dive into a luxurious bowl of pasta with this easy shrimp scampi linguine recipe. We bathed fresh shrimp in a rich and garlicky butter sauce with bread crumbs and tossed it with linguine. You won’t believe this dish takes under 30 minutes — and it tastes like date night without leaving the house! The origins of scampi trace back to Italy, where it was traditionally made with langoustines, a type of small lobster. Today, shrimp has become the most common protein used in this dish. The key lies in using high-quality, fresh shrimp and cooking them just until opaque to ensure a tender and juice texture.

For the best results in this shrimp scampi linguine recipe, don’t overcrowd the pan when cooking the shrimp. This will lower the temperature and potentially lead to a rubbery texture. We also have a hack for cooking shell-on shrimp! And if you love shrimp, this 15-minute Stuffed Shrimp recipe makes the perfect appetizer.

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
