- 2 c. light unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 star anise pod
- 3 tbsp. agave syrup
In pot over medium heat, combine coconut milk, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and star anise; simmer 3–5 min. Remove anise.
Combine latte and agave in blender; cover and blend until slightly foamy. Divide between 2 mugs. Sprinkle with ground turmeric and cinnamon.
