Fluffy + Delicious Sweet Potato Biscuits Recipe Is a Real Crowd Pleaser

The perfect combo of sweet and savory, these homemade biscuits are fast, easy and irresistible.

When you’re cooking for a crowd and the meat and sides are your main focus, the bread can sometimes take a backseat. However, once you introduce these sweet and savory sweet potato biscuits to the meal, they’ll never be forgotten. They’re easy enough to whip up at the last minute, delicious enough to become a dinnertime staple, and they’re a great option any time when you have extra baked or mashed baked sweet potatoes. To speed them to the table even faster — or if you don’t have fresh spuds on hand — you can substitute canned sweet potatoes instead.

Serve these fluffy biscuits plain, with a side of honey butter, or take things up a notch by cutting each one in half lengthwise, smearing it with butter, sprinkling with brown sugar and topping with shaved ham for a sweet-and-salty sensation. Let us know in the comments your favorite way to serve them up.
