Delicious + Healthy Steak ’n’ Salsa Salad Recipe Ready In Less Than 30 Minutes
Store-bought salsa adds zip to this dinner winner
During the busy work week, the last thing I want to do when I get home is slave over a hot stove. That’s why I’m always looking for dishes that are as easy to make as they are delicious to eat. Take this Steak ‘n’ Salsa Salad recipe. It comes together in mere minutes and it’s absolutely yummy! Best of all, it’s loaded with good-for-you ingredients.
We start with lean sirloin steak seasoned with chili powder before cooking for a pop of smoky goodness. Iceberg lettuce sometimes gets a bad rap for being bland and less nutritious than other green leafy veggies. But it’s loaded with vitamin K which helps support bone health. Plus, it adds a satisfying crunch to our salad. For a creamy finish, we top the whole thing with heart-healthy avocado. Serve with zingy lime wedges for squeezing over. Cook along with our video, then let us know what you think.
