Triple Decker Brownie Fudge

Ingredients
- ¾ cup butter
- 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1⅓ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 2 (14 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. white chocolate chips
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semisweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup red candy melts, melted
- ½ cup green candy melts, melted
Instructions
- Heat oven to 325°F. Line 13″x9″ baking pan with enough foil to overhang sides by 2″; grease. In pot, mix butter and unsweetened chocolate; over low heat, cook, stirring, until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar, then eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Spread in pan. Bake until pick inserted in center comes out with moist crumbs, 35 min. Let cool.
- In pot, mix 1 can condensed milk and white chocolate; over low, cook, stirring, until smooth. Spread over brownies. Chill. Repeat with remaining condensed milk and semisweet chocolate. Let cool. Spread over white chocolate layer. Chill. Using foil, lift from pan; remove foil. Drizzle with red and green candy melts. Cut into squares.
