Fried Pickle Dip
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 jar dill pickle spears, chopped
- 1 (16 oz) tub sour cream
- 1 (8 oz) brick softened cream cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 tbsp pickle juice
Directions:
- Yield: 4 to 6 servings
- Melt the butter in a pan, then add the breadcrumbs and toast until golden brown. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, add the sour cream, cream cheese, chopped pickles, and half of the toasted panko breadcrumbs. Add all of the seasonings and pickle juice, then mix until creamy and well-combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and top with the remaining breadcrumbs and (optional) chopped chives.
