Dunkin’s Winter Menu for 2025 Has Leaked—Lava Cake Lattes, Valentine’s Treats & More!
The rumored winter lineup is packed with sweet surprises
Dunkin’ fans, we have a lot to look forward to. The coffee giant’s rumored 2025 winter menu has been leaked online and this lineup might just be its most decadent yet. Packed with all-new drink creations, app exclusives and returning bakery favorites, Dunkin’ is gearing up to sweeten the start of your new year—and your Valentine’s Day, too. While the chain has yet to confirm the offerings, the internet is already buzzing with excitement. Here’s everything we know about the Dunkin’s winter menu and when to expect it.
How we know about Dunkin’s winter menu
It feels like only yesterday we were drumming up excitement over the Dunkin’ holiday menu. But leave it to foodies to sleuth out what companies are up to months in advance. On December 4, Instagram creator and knower of all things food @markie_devo shared a preview of the Dunkin’ winter menu in the post below. Per his internal sources, it drops on December 31.
A Lava Cake Latte? Yes, please!

It’s hard to imagine winter without a cozy drink in hand, and Dunkin’ appears to be pulling out all the stops for 2025. The highlight? A new Lava Cake Signature Latte inspired by the gooey, chocolate-filled dessert that brings us right back to childhood. This drink promises rich, fudgy flavor in every sip, and can come either hot or cold. It reportedly features a Lava Cake Swirl, whipped cream, mocha drizzle and hot chocolate powder.
And don’t forget the Lava Cake Coffee! It’s the classic taste of Dunkin’ that gets you up in the morning, now upgraded with an indulgent dessert twist with a Lava Cake Swirl and cream. You can get it either hot or iced.
Chocolate isn’t your thing? Dunkin’ could also introduce a Brown Sugar Shakin’ Espresso, perfect for those who love their coffee with a hint of caramelized sweetness. This iced-only drink features a double shot of espresso, oat milk, brown sugar syrup and a frothy, “shakin’” finish.
Dunkin’ bakes up nostalgic treats

The treats don’t stop at the drinks menu. According to the leak, Dunkin’ plans to debut a Whoopie Pie Specialty Donut, a glazed chocolate cake donut sliced in half, filled with Vanilla Whipped Buttercream and topped with a buttercream rosette. It’s a modern twist on a nostalgic favorite, and we can’t wait to try it. Other rumored bakery items include the return of the Iced Lemon Loaf Cake, which offers a zesty, citrusy contrast to the menu’s richer flavors.
App exclusives and a $5 Meal Deal
If these rumors hold true, Dunkin’ app users will have another reason to celebrate.
Two of the menu’s most intriguing items—the Raspberry Lava Cake Coffee and the Brown Sugar Oat Iced Matcha Latte—are reportedly app-exclusive, meaning you’ll need to order through Dunkin’s mobile app to snag them.
But that’s not all: a new $5 Meal Deal is coming soon to help you save. For $5, get a medium hot or iced coffee with any two Wake-Up Wrap Sandwiches. Now that’s how you start a cold winter’s day on the right note.
Valentine’s Day sweets arrive early

It’s never too early to celebrate love and Valentine’s Day fans won’t have to wait long. According to the leak, Dunkin’ will bring back items we fell head-over-heels for on January 29, 2025:
- Brownie Batter Speciality Donut: A heart-shaped donut with Brownie Batter filling, chocolate icing and Valentine’s sprinkles.
- Cupid’s Choice Specialty Donut: A heart-shaped donut with Bavarian Kreme filling, strawberry icing and Valentine’s sprinkles.
- Valentine’s Day Sprinkled Donuts: Chocolate, vanilla or strawberry frosted donuts with Valentine’s sprinkles.
- Valentine’s Day Munchkins: Chocolate-glazed munchkins with Valentine’s sprinkles.
Fans react to the Dunkin’ winter menu 2025
Since the leak, fans have gone stir-crazy on social media. Many were ready to try something new: “Dunkin has been killing the game,” wrote one excited user, while another added, “Idk what that lava thing tastes like but I need it now.”
Others, however, had some rather cold(brew) comments, especially regarding the timing of the release. “Why would a winter menu come out at the end of the year??” one confused user asked. Others expressed how much they missed previous winter menu items, like Pink Velvet and Brownie Batter Swirl.
Whether you love or hate it, one thing is clear: Dunkin’ plans for an indulgent winter.
