The Starbucks 2025 Christmas menu

Cozy holiday drinks

Fans of iced and hot drinks have something to look forward to as Starbucks promises to deliver seasonal favorites anyone will love! Expect the return of six popular drinks that have been a regular staple on the chain’s holiday menu

Here’s what will be available next month:

Peppermint mocha. This hot espresso beverage includes peppermint-flavored syrup, white chocolate sauce and steamed milk. It comes topped with dark chocolate curls and whipped cream.

Iced Sugar Cookie Latte. Unsurprisingly, many have described this iced latte as tasting like a baked, buttery cookie. It contains blonde espresso, sugar almond milk, cookie-flavored syrup and almond milk and is topped with green and red sprinkles.

Caramel Brulée Latte. The espresso drink has some ingredients that make it stand out from other caramel concoctions. Expect to taste a rich, buttery caramel sauce and a topping made of caramelized sugar or crushed toffee.

Iced Gingerbread Chai. If you love gingerbread cookies, you won’t be able to resist this iced chai packed with gingerbread flavor. The chai tea base is mixed with oat milk and gingerbread syrup. In previous years, the drink has also been topped with a gingerbread-flavored cold foam made with the syrup and gingerbread or pumpkin pie spice.

Chestnut Praline Latte. The espresso in this latte is mixed with steamed milk and chestnut praline syrup for tasty results. It also comes topped with a praline mixture made from caramelized chestnuts and spices.

Eggnog Latte. Eggnog is a seasonal staple, so it’s no surprise that it’s the star of this cozy espresso creation. Other ingredients include milk, spices and a whipped cream topping.

Most of these drinks will be available on the official launch on November 6, the Chestnut Praline and Eggnog Lattes won’t be joining the lineup until later in the season. (The date has not yet been announced.)

Pastries

Starbucks fans are just as excited about the seasonal pastries as they are the holiday-themed drinks. A few popular items will be back on the menu for 2025: the Snowman Cookie, Sugar Plum Cheese Danish and Cranberry Bliss Bar.

There will also be a couple of new additions to enjoy with your favorite holiday drinks. The first? Polar bear cake pops, which feature adorable smiling bears wearing Santa-style hats. The other new tasty treat you’ll find at Starbucks this Christmas season is a cinnamon pull-apart bread.

Merchandise

Also launching on November 6 is a new collection of Hello Kitty merchandise designed to bring back all those warm, nostalgic feelings. Mugs, tumblers, water bottles and more will be for sale—all featuring Hello Kitty wearing a Starbucks apron.

Anyone looking to purchase a gift card during the holidays can also opt for one with Hello Kitty on it, with a minimum load of $5. All of this festive merchandise can be purchased at your local Starbucks starting November 6.

How do customers feel about the holiday menu?

Starbucks also teased the upcoming menu on Instagram, and people were quick to chime in with their excitement, suggestions and even complaints. Many wrote about how sad they were to learn that a drink introduced last year would not be returning.

“I’m really disappointed that the Cran-Merry drink isn’t coming back,” wrote one commenter. The popular iced beverage featured orange, cranberry and warm spices, plus green coffee extract and sliced cranberries.

Another surprising item missing from the lineup? The toasted white mocha, which several Instagram users shared that they wanted to see come back.

Others were just delighted to hear that the holiday menu would be here sooner rather than later. “Sometimes we need the anticipation of the Christmas season…so a November arrival of Christmas drinks is perfect,” replied a commenter.
