Progresso’s beloved Traditional Chicken Noodle Soup is getting quite the upgrade with the introduction of Soup Drops. Think of your favorite hard candy—sweet, sour, satisfying—and imagine it tasted like chicken noodle soup. That’s exactly what customers can expect from Progresso’s Soup Drops. Progresso is eliminating the need for a bowl and spoon with these hard candy-like drops with a flavor that resembles the familiar warm broth, savory chicken and vegetables, aromatic parsley and familiar egg noodles that are beyond perfect for an on-the-go sick day in which relaxing in bed isn’t an option.

Progresso Soup Drops first went on sale on January 16 at ProgressoSoupDrops.com. Though their site may currently indicate they’re sold out, for the remaining Thursdays of National Soup Month, you can visit the site to purchase some for yourself as more will drop each week at 9 a.m. ET.
A unique packaging that sets this product apart
These all-new Progresso Soup Drops will come in a can that resembles actual Progresso Traditional Chicken Noodle Soup, containing 20 savory drops per container. These drops come in at only $2.49, plus an additional $0.99 for shipping—but that’s not all! Each order will also include an actual can of soup for the times when you do have a moment to sit down, relax and enjoy a piping hot bowl of this cold and flu fighter.
While many might find this innovative new product to be off-putting, others have been sharing their excitement.
