3 Face and Neck Exercises to Try for a More Youthful Appearance

Easy ways to correct jowel, neck, and chin arghs, fast. 

We all want younger skin. Though we haven’t (yet!) discovered the fountain of youth, we have found three easy face and neck exercises you can do at home to tame your jowls, neckline, and chin wrinkles. Read on for tips on how to get started.

To Tone Saggy Jowls

Sit straight, tilt your head back, and jut your chin forward until it tightens. Hold for 10 seconds, then release. Repeat this exercise 10 times to strengthen the depressor anguli oris muscles on each side of the chin and lift droopy pouches. For maximum results, do it twice a day — you should start to see results by day five.

To Firm Neck Jiggles

Dip a cotton ball into one whisked egg white and sweep it all over your neck. Let it sit for 10 minutes; then rinse. The albumin protein found in the egg will tighten your skin as it dries, firming your neck skin for up to four hours. When done daily, it can even keep your skin firm long-term!

To Slim a Double Chin

The last of our face and neck exercises involves placing a thumb on either side of your chin and move them along your jawline toward your ears. Next, sweep your palms down the sides of your neck. The pressure will guide any stagnant fluids out through your lymph nodes to reduce bloating. To ensure success, repeat the process five times.
