This Air Fryer Mozzarella Sticks Recipe is Cheesy, Crispy + Totally Irresistible

The marinara in this appetizer boosts bone strength

Comments

Craving a delicious, cheesy snack without the guilt? This air fryer mozzarella sticks recipe is the perfect solution. By using an air fryer, you get that crispy, golden exterior with a fraction of the oil used in traditional frying methods. This not only makes them healthier but also quicker and easier to prepare. These mozzarella sticks are a hit at every gathering, and I love how they capture that nostalgic, indulgent taste in a lighter, more convenient way. Plus, they prep in just 5 minutes and take 10 to cook. The ooey-gooey cheese pull is always a crowd-pleaser, and they’re perfect as an appetizer or a game day snack.

When making this air fryer mozzarella sticks recipe, don’t skip the freezing step. This ensures the cheese doesn’t melt too quickly and ooze out when frying. For more late-night snacks, try our Funnel Cake Fries and Microwave Potato Chips.
