Choco-Peanut Butter Dream
This easier-than-it-looks dessert transforms premade pound cake and ice cream into a treat that layers up fast.

Ingredients
- 1 (11.5 oz.) pkg. chocolate loaf cake, such as Entenmann’s, frozen overnight
- 1½ pints vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 pint peanut butter ice cream, softened
- 2 cups whipped cream
- ½ cup chopped chocolate wafer cookies
Instructions
- Slice cake lengthwise into six “-thick slabs. Place first slab on baking sheet. Spread with 2 cups vanilla ice cream. Place second slab on top.
- Spread with 2 cups peanut butter cup ice cream. Repeat layering, finishing with cake layer on top. Wrap in plastic wrap; freeze 4 hrs. When ready to serve, remove wrap; garnish with whipped cream and cookies.
