Choco-Peanut Butter Dream

Ingredients

  • 1 (11.5 oz.) pkg. chocolate loaf cake, such as Entenmann’s, frozen overnight
  • 1½ pints vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 pint peanut butter ice cream, softened
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • ½ cup chopped chocolate wafer cookies

Instructions

  • Slice cake lengthwise into six  “-thick slabs. Place first slab on baking sheet. Spread with 2 cups vanilla ice cream. Place second slab on top.
  • Spread with 2 cups peanut butter cup ice cream. Repeat layering, finishing with cake layer on top. Wrap in plastic wrap; freeze 4 hrs. When ready to serve, remove wrap; garnish with whipped cream and cookies.
