Ice-Cream Cookie Pizza
Any way you slice it, this cookie pizza topped with homemade fudge sauce and candies is as sweet as can be!

Ingredients
- 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- softened
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. uncooked quick-cooking oats
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- slightly softened
- 1/2 c. Land O Lakes butter
- 1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- Candy coated chocolate pieces
- Coarsely chopped chocolate sandwich cookies
- Decorator sprinkles
- Peanuts
Instructions
PrintPreheat oven to 375°F.
Combine brown sugar, butter, egg, and vanilla in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.
Add flour, oats, baking soda, and salt; beat at low speed until well mixed.
Spread dough evenly into ungreased 12" pizza pan. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.
Spread ice cream evenly over cooled cookie. Freeze 1-2 hours or until firm.
Combine all sauce ingredients in 2-qt. nonstick pot.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until melted and smooth.
Remove from heat; cool slightly.
Cut pizza into wedges. Drizzle with sauce; sprinkle with desired toppings.
Refrigerate any remaining sauce. Reheat in microwave as needed.
