Raspberry Cheesecake Brownies
Enjoy two sweet treats in one blissful bite, thanks to these mix-easy fudgy bars swirled with berry-licious cheesecake.
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese at room temp.
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. raspberries
- 1 (18.3 oz.) pkg. chewy fudge brownie mix
- 1/2 c. oil
Heat oven to 325°F. Line 9" square baking pan with foil; grease. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in 1 egg and flour. Gently fold in raspberries (do not over-mix).
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions; transfer half of batter to pan. Top with cream cheese batter; gently spread. Spread remaining brownie batter over cheesecake layer. Bake 55–60 min., until pick inserted into center comes out with moist crumbs clinging. Cool 2 hrs.
