Salted Caramel Peach Shortcakes

Our test kitchen director tossed peaches in prepared caramel sauce for decadent flavor with minimal work.

Ingredients
- 4 large ripe peaches, sliced
- ⅛ tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3 Tbs. salted caramel sauce, such as Smucker’s
- 1 (20 oz.) pkg. all-purpose baking mix, such as Bisquick
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425°F. In bowl, combine peach slices, cinnamon and salted caramel sauce.
- Prepare shortcakes as baking mix package directs for strawberry shortcakes. Divide into 8 mounds on baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 min. or until done.
- Slice top third off warm biscuits. Divide peaches and sauce evenly among biscuits. Dollop with cream. Cover with tops. Serve immediately.
