Key Lime Pie

What better way to channel Key West than with a delicious dessert that was created in this very island oasis.

Ingredients

  • 5 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 c. Key lime juice
  • 1 (9") prepared graham cracker crust
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Lime twist (optional)

Instructions

Heat oven to 375°F. Combine egg yolks, condensed milk, and Key lime juice. Mix well.

Pour into unbaked graham cracker shell. Bake 15 minutes. Let cool. If desired, top with whipped topping and lime twist.
