Whey and eggs load these treats with waist-shrinking amino acids.
- 1/3 c. unflavored whey protein powder
- 1/2 c. erythritol
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. natural peanut butter
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Stir ingredients together until smooth. Spoon 18 mounds of dough onto a lined cookie sheet, then press each one with a wet fork to flatten it out to about 1/4" thickness. Sprinkle with additional salt, if desired.
Bake at 350°F 16–20 min., until slightly firm. Cool and enjoy.
