Walnut–Sea Salt Chocolate Bark

  • ¼ cup (2 oz.) dark chocolate chips
  • 2 matzo sheets or 18 (2″ square) low-sodium saltine crackers
  • 2 Tbs. chopped walnuts
  • Pinch of coarse sea salt


  1. In microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate in 30-sec. intervals until melted, stirring between intervals. Spread matzo sheets or saltine crackers with melted chocolate.
  2. Sprinkle with walnuts and sea salt. If using matzo, break into pieces.
