Garlic-Herb Rotisserie Chicken

A fast glaze turns a rotisserie chicken into the perfect main for a restaurant-quality meal made in just 15 minutes.

  • ⅓ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 (1 oz.) cont. concentrated reduced-sodium chicken stock, such as Knorr
  • 2 Tbs. chopped fresh Italian herbs, such as rosemary, basil and oregano
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 rotisserie chicken


  1. In microwave-safe bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, chicken stock, Italian herbs, garlic and ½  to ⅔  cup water. Microwave 1 min.
  2. Heat grill. Brush chicken with sauce. Cover; grill 10 min. or until heated. Serve with remaining sauce.
