A fast glaze turns a rotisserie chicken into the perfect main for a restaurant-quality meal made in just 15 minutes.
- ⅓ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 (1 oz.) cont. concentrated reduced-sodium chicken stock, such as Knorr
- 2 Tbs. chopped fresh Italian herbs, such as rosemary, basil and oregano
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 rotisserie chicken
- In microwave-safe bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, chicken stock, Italian herbs, garlic and ½ to ⅔ cup water. Microwave 1 min.
- Heat grill. Brush chicken with sauce. Cover; grill 10 min. or until heated. Serve with remaining sauce.
