This One-Pan Ginger-Sesame Beef and Veggie Stir Fry Recipe Is a 30-Minute Wonder
I’m always on the lookout for easy and delicious weeknight meals. And for me, one-pan recipes are the perfect solution. They’re usually quick to whip up, plus make clean-up a breeze. If you’re like me, then you have to try this Ginger-Sesame Beef and Veggie Stir Fry recipe. It comes together in just 30 minutes. Best of all, it’s better than takeout!
The speedy secret to this dish? Store-bought salad dressing. They can add zing to so many dishes, that I usually keep a few bottles on hand. And you can customize them with fresh herbs, citrus, dried seasoning or spices. For this recipe, we stir in sesame-ginger vinaigrette with a sprinkling of fresh cilantro to brighten it up. But you can sub in your favorite Asian-style variety and any seasonings you like. We cook the veggies in a nonstick skillet, then remove them. Next, brown the meet in the same pan, and simply mix it all back together with the sauce. It couldn’t be easier — cook along with our video and see. Then let us know what you think.

Ingredients
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 red and/or yellow bell pepper, cut into 1⁄4"-wide strips, 2 cups
- 1⁄2 red onion, cut into 3⁄4" wedges
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 cup drained canned whole baby corn
- 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1⁄4"-wide strips
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ⅛ tsp. pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 5 Tbs. sesame ginger salad dressing
- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 8 oz. angel hair pasta or soba noodles, cooked
Instructions
PrintIn 12" nonstick skillet, heat 1 tsp. oil over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper strips and onion wedges; cook, stirring occasionally, 2–3 min.
Add snow peas and corn; cook, stirring occasionally, until peppers are just tender, about 2 min.; transfer to plate.
Sprinkle beef with salt and pepper. In same skillet, heat remaining oil over high heat. Add beef; cook, stirring occasionally, until browned, 2–3 min. Add garlic; cook, stirring often, 30 sec.
Add vegetables and dressing; cook, stirring often, until heated through, about 30 sec. Stir in cilantro; sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with cooked pasta.
