Fast and Flavorful Kielbasa and Veggie Skillet Recipe Only $1.98 a Serving

Chive cream cheese creates a delicious sauce

I’m always on the lookout for easy weeknight meals that deliver big on flavor yet won’t break the bank. That’s why I love this Kielbasa and Veggie Skillet recipe. With just a handful of ingredients, it’s quick to prep. Plus, it cooks up in one pan so cleanup is a cinch. Best of all, at just $1.98 per serving, it’s easy on the wallet.

Sautéing root vegetables caramelizes natural sugars that adds a nutty note. We cook carrots at medium-high heat then remove them. Then we sear kielbasa and onion in the flavored oil. The sausage releases smoke-infused juices while the onion browns. Then the mild cabbage takes on all that umami goodness for super satisfying bite. Chive cream cheese stirred in at the end melts into a rich sauce to finish the dish. Cook along with our video and watch how easy it is. Then leave a comment below.
