Active Time:

Total Time:
45 min.
Ingredients
- 1 (13.8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley
- 3 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 40 almond slices
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbs. steak seasoning
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 4 slices American cheese
- 4 lettuce leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400°F. Lightly coat baking sheet with cooking spray. On lightly floured surface, unroll pizza dough; cut into 8 rectangles. Place on baking sheet. On each rectangle, cut 4 slits 1½” apart and ⅓ of way across to form fingers.
- Cut 4 (4”) squares foil; roll each into log. Place logs under 4 dough rectangles, separating fingers. In small bowl, combine parsley, 1 tsp. Italian seasoning and pepper; sprinkle over dough. Place 1 almond on each finger to form nails. Bake until golden, about 7 min.
- Heat broiler. Mix beef, remaining Italian seasoning, steak seasoning and red onion; shape into 4 patties. Broil, flipping once, until 160°F in centers for medium, about 10 min. Top burgers with cheese, cook 1 min., or until cheese melts. If desired, place lettuce leaves on 4 hand-shaped bun bottoms. Top with cheese burgers and remaining bun tops.
