Crispy Crunchy Oven-Fried BBQ Chicken Recipe Is A Deliciously Easy Way to Satisfy A Craving
A secret ingredient guarantees these tender bites will disappear fast!
Fried chicken is one of my favorite comfort foods. The crispy skin and juicy meat are positively addictive. Trouble is deep-frying creates a mess on the stove top and makes cleanup a chore. That’s why when a craving strikes, I tend to order take-out. But this Oven-Fried BBQ Chicken recipe is a game changer. It turns out just as delicious as the classic version. Plus, we have a secret ingredient that makes it extra-irresistible.
We make a dipping liquid with barbecue sauce, milk and a splash of cayenne pepper sauce. Now for the secret! After dipping the chicken pieces in the flavorful liquid, we coat them in crushed BBQ potato chips. How fun is that! The chips add a double dose of smoky goodness and ensure the pieces turn out with that crunchy crust we all love. Once you try it, you’ll never go back to messy frying again. Make it for yourself then let us know what you think.
