These hearty potatoes flavored with classic peppery Montreal steak seasoning are ready to pop into the oven in just 15 minutes.
- 1 1/2 lb. small red potatoes
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. white balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. Montreal steak seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Heat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Line roasting pan with foil. Using peeler, remove strip of skin around center of each potato.
In large bowl, toss potatoes with oil, vinegar, oregano, steak seasoning, and onion powder until evenly coated.
Spread potato mixture evenly over roasting pan. Roast, stirring once or twice, until potatoes are lightly browned and tender in centers, 45 to 55 minutes. Transfer to bowl and serve. For extra fresh flavor, toss potatoes with a tablespoon or two of chopped fresh parsley.
