Spiked Pink Lemonade Recipe Is the Perfect Adults-Only Twist on a Summer Classic

Citrus-flavored rum makes it extra irresistible

Fewer things are better than sipping on an ice-cold glass of lemonade during the hot summer months. It’s tart, sweet and refreshing — for me, it feels like happiness and sunshine in a glass. And we’ve got an adults-only twist that makes it even better with our Spiked Pink Lemonade recipe. Plus it’s so easy to whip up a whole pitcher, making it perfect for any summer party.

The secret that makes this sip so irresistible? We use citrus-flavored rum plus a dash of triple sec for even more sunny flavor. If you’re not the biggest fan of rum, lemon-flavored vodka makes a tasty substitute. And if you don’t have any triple sec on hand, Cointreau or Grand Mariner work just as well. Then simply finish with some lemon-lime soda to turn it into a fun spritzer.
