According to multiple sources, the Top Gun: Maverick actor and the Landman actress are “casually seeing” each other, and have been for quite a few months now. What we know so far about Glen Powell and Michelle Randolph’s romance
According to a source close to the couple, Powell, age 37, and Randolph, age 28, “started seeing where things would go around October and have been trying to keep it under the radar for almost two months now.”
The source also told Us Weekly, “It’s very new…[They’re] having fun [but he] does not want to be public with anyone or be in a serious relationship right now.”
Despite that, the two were seen cozying up to one another at an F1 event on Saturday, December 13, seemingly confirming that they were together; despite the fact they haven’t officially confirmed or denied it yet. Even so, the source close to them says, “They have been spending more time together in the last few weeks since they both have a break from filming.”
“She’s spent a lot of time in Texas this last year filming [Landman on Paramount+] and has that in common with Glen. Being from California, Michelle has really grown to love Texas, and they have bonded over it.”
Also bonding? Powell and Randolph’s family. According to said source, Randolph’“is friends with his [Powell] sister Leslie and runs in a similar circle in L.A.”

Despite being one of Hollywood’s hottest actors, Powell hasn’t been in a lot of high profile relationships. Sure, he dated Nina Dobrev and Renee Bargh, but neither ended happily, resulting in the actor deciding to remain single for quite some time.
“I’m not chasing love. If love comes and hits me in the face and knocks me over, I welcome it with open arms ’cause that’s something I really want,” he told CBS News in 2024. “I’ve realized there’s new aspects and new complexities to this life and this job that I didn’t even understand. So to bring someone into that and to make them feel comfortable, make them feel seen, to make them feel loved when a lot of the elements around that can really eat at someone’s self-confidence or worth or any of that stuff — I’m not willing to have someone sign up for that iff they’re not ready for it.”’
Once he does meet the right person, though, Powell said that he does “really want kids.”
“I really want that phase of life. It’s not far away,” he continued.

Prior to Powell, Randolph’s most well known relationship was with Disney star Gregg Sulkin. They were together from 2018 to 2023, but there’s not a lot of information available as to why they split up.
Now sources say she’s happy with Powell and is excited to see where things go with him.
“They really hit it off,” a source said, per Star magazine. “Neither of them is getting carried away—they’re super busy with their careers. But they have a bunch of mutual friends and there’s a major attraction and tons of potential, for sure.”
