Meet Ally Romano

Alexandra Romano was born on August 26, 1990. She’s the oldest of four siblings, including her twin brothers, Gregory and Matthew, and younger brother Joseph.

She attended the University of Pennsylvania from 2008 until 2009, followed by the University of Southern California from 2009 to 2012, where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies. She is currently a Senior Director at a public relations firm.

I sometimes am baffled at where her drive came from,” Ray Romano said of his daughter’s success.

Just a few years ago, Ally fell head over heels with her now-husband. In 2021, Ally met Wilezol, through friends of friends at Beauty Bar.

“He spilled martinis all over me and told me I looked like Carmella Soprano—I was smitten,” Ally shared about their first meeting.

Ally and Wilezol tied the knot on September 21, 2024 at the New York Public Library on Fifth Avenue. She shared that it was the “wedding of my dreams.” Now, the couple is expecting their first child together, which Ally announced on her Instagram account with adorable photos and the caption, “The bikini has never looked better 💙👶🏼”

Ray Romano is ready for grandchildren

With the announcement of his first grandchild on the way, Romano is getting just what he wanted. But prior to that, the 67-year old joked that he would do what it took to get a new addition to his family.

My son got married five months ago, and my daughter got married last month,” Romano said in 2024. “It’s cool, and now it’s like a race for a grandchild. I want a grandchild and I’m putting the pressure on them.” He then explained that he doesn’t want to be a grandfather who “can’t bend down…I’m actually putting a bounty out,” he joked. “I am, I’m putting a prize — 100 grand.”

While Romano isn’t actually giving out a prize to his children for procreating, he is finally getting the grandchild he’s always wanted.
