‘Three Wisest Men’ cast open up about close friendship
Earlier this year, before the premiere of the latest film in the series, Three Wisest Men, Tyler Hynes got candid about making these films for the loyal Hallmark fans, but also opened up about what it means to be able to do it next to two pals who mean so much to him. “I don’t think there’s anything better than to be trying to make something lovely for an audience as wonderful and appreciative and deserving as they are,” the actor told Woman’s World in an exclusive chat. “And then to be able to do that with your best friends, who you love and admire as human beings and artists, that’s like the holy grail.”

Being able to go to work each day with people you consider your best friends is nothing short of spectacular, and Tyler Hynes got candid about working alongside the people he admires. “I don’t display huge, extravagant displays of emotion, but certainly the three of us, as well as Kimberley [Sustad, who has both acted in and co-wrote the films], so the four of us, have really had an artistic and personal, touching journey throughout this whole process where it’s just been absolutely pure joy and focus and fulfillment,” Hynes told Entertainment Tonight back in 2022. “What we share on the internet is the absolute tip of the iceberg. Our group chat is lit every day, believe me.”
Paul Campbell found great joy working with his ‘Three Wisest Men’ costars
Paul Campbell, who plays Stephan and also co-wrote the film, has even given a hint at the possibility that this trio will team up once again. “The joy of these movies comes from working with this team,” he told TV Fanatic. “It would be fun to explore different characters in different worlds…We definitely want to keep the band together.” Here’s to hoping!
Andrew Walker has gushed about his costars
Around the time of the first film release, Andrew Walker opened up about how he had hoped to work alongside Tyler Hynes and Paul Campbell, all three actors having prior experience within the Hallmark realm. “It was a blessing. This movie was highly anticipated by myself and the fans. It was definitely a movie that I had been wanting to work on and two guys that I wanted to work with for so long,” he told TV Goodness. “There were no egos involved, which was such a beautiful thing. And [it was] really surreal to have finished it and to walk away feeling the way that I feel about these guys and the movie. I’m so proud of it, really proud of the work, and really proud of what we accomplished.”
