See the Exciting New Products Oreo Has in Store for 2025—From Cakesters to Frozen Treats!
The iconic brand continues to expand beyond just their signature chocolate cookies!
Not many cookies out there hold the power of the Oreo. Two crispy, cocoa wafers with a layer of sweet and creamy filling in between make for a snack beloved by all. Since the cookie’s 1912 invention, the iconic confection has expanded far beyond its humble beginnings. Over the years, the company has rolled out cookie flavors that are hard to even fathom: Carrot cake, waffles and syrup, Swedish Fish, key lime pie and jelly donut are just a few of the out-of-this-world concoctions we’ve seen on the shelves. However, Oreo has also expanded beyond the biscuit cookie we associate with the Oreo name, and their new lineup of upcoming products is proving that they will continue to progress and remain relevant. Here, take a look at a few of the new Oreo products you can expect to see on shelves in 2025.
The beloved Oreo Cakesters are evolving as part of the 2025 Oreo lineup
Oreo Cakesters were a decadent and welcome evolution to the iconic Oreo cookie. Where two crispy chocolate biscuits once stood were two pillowy soft chocolate cakes with a luscious and silky creme filling. However, their discontinuation left a hole in the hearts of Oreo lovers around the world. In 2022, however, our prayers were answered when the company brought back the beloved treat, and on January 3, another product is joining the Cakester crew. The iconic Golden Oreo is getting the Cakester treatment as well, and we couldn’t be more excited for these tasty vanilla treats!

Oreo Loaded: When Double Stuf isn’t enough
If you prefer the creme over the cookie, you certainly aren’t alone. Oreo has accommodated fans of their tooth-achingly delicious creme over the years by rolling out Double Stuf and Mega Stuf Oreos, but for those who are craving something a little more, the new Oreo Loaded, rolling out January 3, will include a Mega Stuf measurement of creme, complete with chunks of cookie mixed in—does it get any better than that?

Game day goodies from Oreo
Oreo purists and football fans alike are sure to enjoy the exciting new limited edition Game Day cookie. The classic Oreo will get a football-oriented upgrade with festive embossments for the season, so be sure to cheer for your team while enjoying this yummy new addition!
I scream, you scream, we all scream for Oreo ice cream!
Oreo has been dipping their toes into the frozen treat game for years, and two new products will be joining their current lineup. Oreo Mini Bars and Oreo bites are two ice cream products consisting of a frozen vanilla base dipped in a delectable Oreo coating. Yes, please!
Downsizing the delish
Also entering the lineup this year is an all-new flavor of Oreo Thins, filled with an Irish-Creme flavored filling, as well as a new addition to the Oreo Minis line that includes peanut butter filling. While we surely love the classic Oreo cookie, there’s something exciting about seeing what this iconic brand will do next!
