Barbecued Chicken Tacos
Mango nectar and cider vinegar kick up the homemade barbecue sauce in our crunchy tacos packed with tender chicken and lots of fresh toppings.

Ingredients
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 cup mango nectar
- ½ cup cider vinegar
- ½ cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 6 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 12 taco shell
- Toppings, such as sour cream, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced black olives, chopped lettuce, diced red onion and sliced scallions
Instructions
- In large pot, combine ketchup, nectar, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder and cumin; bring to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 15 minutes.
- Toss chicken with 2 cups sauce, adding more for saucier mixture. Divide chicken mixture among taco shells. Serve with remaining sauce and toppings.
