Cinnamon bun fans will go crazy for our scrumptious breakfast bake drizzled with luscious cream-cheese icing.
- 4 eggs
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 (14 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm Swirl French Toast bread
- 2 oz. cream cheese at room temp.
- 1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
Heat oven to 350°F. Coat 1½ qt. baking dish with cooking spray. In bowl, whisk together eggs, 1 ½ cups milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Dip bread into egg mixture, allowing slices to absorb egg mixture. Place bread, overlapping, in baking dish. Pour any remaining mixture over top; cover. Bake 30 min.
Uncover; bake until set in center, 10 min.
Beat together cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar; gradually beat in remaining ¼ cup milk until smooth. Drizzle over casserole.
