This Chocolate Cottage Cheese Protein Mousse Recipe Is So Satisfying
This energizing get-moving treat comes straight from strength and movement expert Ted Naiman, M.D.
I love to indulge once in a while and this Chocolate Cottage Cheese Protein Mousse recipe really satisfies my sweet tooth. Dr. Naiman calls for allulose, a relatively new sweetener on the market. If you prefer another zero-calorie sweetener, start with just a tablespoon first and taste to see if you want it too be sweeter since allulose is less sweet than sugar. What’s nice about the Chocolate Cottage Cheese Protein Mousse recipe is that you can use either large or small curd cottage cheese. I prefer small curd, asI think it whips up more smoothly. I also like to mix up the fruit on top—sometimes I’ll add orange sections or unsweetened coconut flakes.
