Ginger-Choco-Banana “Nice” Cream

Candied ginger is the easy secret that gives this sweet treat delicious zing.

  • 2 small bananas, peeled, chopped and frozen
  • 1 tsp. chopped candied ginger
  • 1 Tbs. melted dark chocolate
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract


  1. In processor, puree bananas 30 sec. or until smooth; pulse in chopped candied ginger. Divide mixture evenly among 4 bowls.
  2. In separate bowl, combine melted dark chocolate, vanilla extract, and 1⁄2 tsp. hot water; drizzle over banana puree. Serve immediately. Garnish as desired.
