Ginger-Choco-Banana “Nice” Cream

Ingredients
- 2 small bananas, peeled, chopped and frozen
- 1 tsp. chopped candied ginger
- 1 Tbs. melted dark chocolate
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
- In processor, puree bananas 30 sec. or until smooth; pulse in chopped candied ginger. Divide mixture evenly among 4 bowls.
- In separate bowl, combine melted dark chocolate, vanilla extract, and 1⁄2 tsp. hot water; drizzle over banana puree. Serve immediately. Garnish as desired.
