Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut milk
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbs. pumpkin pie spice
- Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
- In large bowl, combine coconut milk, chia seeds, vanilla and pumpkin spice; whisk until creamy. Refrigerate 5 hrs.
- Divide evenly among 4 bowls or mugs. If desired, top with whipped cream. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
