Our Beef Chili With Chickpeas Recipe Is Fiber-Packed + Preps in Just 25 Minutes!

Bursting with cherry tomatoes and chickpeas, this fast-prep main will satisfy even the hungriest of appetites

Whether you’re wanting something to warm you up or you’re trying to sneak more fiber into your diet, our hearty Beef Chili With Chickpeas recipe will do just the trick. We at the Woman’s World test kitchen wanted to turn a comfort food into a bowl of nutrition, and we did just that by tossing fiber- and protein-rich chickpeas into the mix. Not only do these superfood legumes help keep you full for longer, but they also improve cholesterol and blood sugar levels. Simply top with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime and it’s ready to devour!.

Bonus tip: Onions add sweet-pungent flavor to many dishes including our beef chili with chickpeas, but cutting or chopping them always seems to result in teary, bloodshot eyes. The easy fix? Simply light a candle and place it near your cutting board – the flame oxidizes and deteriorates the sulfuric compound that’s responsible for irritation.
