  • 1 (14 oz.) can salmon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. seasoned dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 Dijon mustard
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 2 chopped parsley
  • 1 oil


In bowl, combine salmon, egg, breadcrumbs, mustard, lemon zest, and parsley. Season with 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper. Form into 4 patties.

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add patties and cook 4 min. per side or until golden, turning once.
