Zesty Southwest Turkey Tacos
These quick-cooking bites are a perfect way to reinvent leftovers — swap in whatever cooked meat you have on hand.

Ingredients
- ½ cup leftover cranberry sauce
- 1 small jalapeño pepper, minced
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 2 Tbs. canola oil
- 3 cups diced leftover cooked turkey
- 2 tsp. Southwest seasoning blend
- 12 taco shells, heated
- 1½ cups shredded lettuce
- 1½ cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 Tbs. chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- In bowl, combine cranberry sauce, jalapeño peppers, 2 tsp. lime juice and ¼ 1⁄4 tsp. lime zest.
- Heat oil in skillet. Add turkey, seasoning blend and ¼ cup water. Cook 4 min. or until water evaporates.
- Divide turkey mixture among taco shells. Top with last 3 ingredients and cranberry-sauce mixture.
