Deliciously Easy Honey Buffalo Chicken Wings Recipe Is a Crispy Outside-Juicy Inside Delight
These savory-sweet bites a bound to disappear fast
I’m a big fan of fried chicken wings. I often order a batch at my local pub, but I tend to shy away from deep-frying at home since I prefer to keep cleanup to a minimum. That’s why I love this Honey Buffalo Chicken Wings recipe. These oven-baked bites come together in no time and cook up just as delicious as the restaurant version, but without the messy frying and added fat.
Our quick-prep marinade combines honey, hot sauce, butter and tomato paste. The honey adds a subtle sweet note and helps the sauce cling to the wings. The trick to getting the crunchy texture we all crave. At a high oven temperature, bake wings arranged on a rack set over a baking sheet. This lets dry heat circulate under and over the wings so they turn out with that crispy texture we all crave. Give ’em a try then let us know what you think.
