Mac & Cheese Jack-o’-Lantern

Ingredients
- 1 lb. large shell pasta1 jar (15 oz.) Cheez Whiz
½ cup milk - 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 12 drops yellow liquid food coloring
- 2 drops red liquid food coloring
- 1½ cups shredded Cheddar
- 2 Tbs. ketchup
- Black concentrated food coloring
- 2 thin slices Cheddar
- 1 strip green pepper
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°F. Coat 7-cup shallow round baking dish with cooking spray. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. In large bowl, whisk together Cheez Whiz, milk, Worcestershire, mustard and liquid food colorings until blended. Stir in pasta until coated.
- Transfer to baking dish. Bake 20 min. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake until cheese is just melted, about 5 min. Let stand 10 min. before serving.
- Meanwhile, tint ketchup black with food coloring. Transfer to plastic sandwich bag; snip corner. Cut out eyes, nose and mouth from cheese slices and arrange on mac & cheese to make pumpkin face. Pipe black ketchup over cheese pieces. Garnish with pepper stem.
