Preheat oven to 450°F. Place tots on rimmed baking sheet; drizzle with oil. Toss gently to coat with oil; spread out in even layer. Bake tots, flipping with spatula halfway through cooking until evenly browned and crispy, 20-25 minutes.

Meanwhile, place graham crackers and sugar in food processor; process until smooth.

When tots come out of oven, immediately place in large bowl; pour graham cracker mixture on top. Toss. Pile coated tots into 12” heatproof skillet or onto center of parchment-lined rimmed baking sheet, reserving any bits of graham cracker mixture that remain in bowl. Top tots with chocolate and marshmallows; sprinkle with reserved graham cracker mixture. Bake until marshmallows brown and chocolate melts, about 10 minutes. Serve immediately from skillet (remember skillet is hot)!
