Sautéed Gnocchi with Kielbasa and Cabbage Recipe Makes an Easy and Delicious Dinner

This hearty meal is ready in 40 minutes — perfect for busy weeknight!

This delectable sautéed gnocchi with kielbasa and cabbage recipe is quick and easy to cook up when you’re longing for some hearty, savory goodness. Plump golden gnocchi combines with flavorful kielbasa, tender cabbage and a cream cheese sauce for richness. Grate some Parmesan cheese on top for the perfect finishing touch!

Gnocchi, or nocchio in Italian, are small dumplings typically made from potato, flour and sometimes egg. The dough is rolled into small pieces and may be pressed with a fork to create ridges, which helps sauce cling to it. In this recipe, sautéing the gnocchi gives them excellent flavor and a crispy exterior. We paired that with kielbasa, a type of Polish sausage, for a smoky, savory element to the dish that compliments the dish’s creaminess.
